🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to drive sales growth, brand development and overall market expansion in an international pharmaceutical market.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical sales, concept selling, brand promotion, doctor engagement, distributor management and team handling.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the local sales team to achieve business targets
• Drive sales growth and market expansion in the assigned country
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Conduct doctor calls and implement effective customer engagement strategies
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for brand visibility
• Implement concept selling and brand-building strategies
• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for smooth business operations
• Ensure product availability through effective coordination with supply chain teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Train, guide, motivate and develop the sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and market development plans
• Identify new business opportunities and support long-term market expansion
🔹 CANDIDATE PROFILE
✅ 5–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
✅ Proven experience in Team Handling / Sales Management
✅ Strong expertise in Branding & Concept Selling
✅ Experience in doctor engagement and healthcare professional relationships
✅ Experience with reputed Pharma / FMCG / MNC / branded businesses preferred
✅ Strong communication, leadership and relationship management skills
✅ Strong business development and market expansion capabilities
✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned market
🎓 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Science Graduate / Postgraduate
• MBA will be an added advantage
