Responsibilities
Create, edit, and polish 3D character animations using Blender and motion capture data

Optimize animation assets for performance and compatibility across platforms

Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as a 3D animator with a strong portfolio showcasing Blender and motion capture work
Advanced proficiency in Blender, including rigging, animation, and rendering
Solid understanding of motion capture workflows, data cleanup, and retargeting techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
