Job Summary:
Responsible for mine-site store and inventory management, ensuring uninterrupted availability of spares, consumables and HEMM materials through SAP-based controls with strong focus on safety compliance and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of spares, explosives accessories, fuel, lubricants and consumables using SAP (MM Module)
Ensure timely availability of critical materials to avoid equipment and production downtime
Conduct stock verification, reconciliation and control of slow/non-moving items
Coordinate with procurement, mechanical and operations teams
Ensure proper storage, preservation and issue as per DGMS guidelines
Maintain statutory records, documentation and support internal/external audits
Supervise store staff and ensure safety & housekeeping standards at mine site
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation / Bachelor’s degree in Material Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in store/ inventory management in the mining industry.
Strong SAP MM, inventory control and working knowledge
