Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementations and supply chain solutions? We are looking for a dynamic Mid-Level Project Manager to join our remote Professional Services team and drive end-to-end customer implementation projects to success!
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute customer implementation projects, including schedules, resource allocations, and milestone tracking.
Conduct project kickoffs, status meetings, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
Coordinate seamlessly between technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.
Ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and project profitability.
Utilize AI tools responsibly to accelerate project delivery, draft implementation plans, and summarize customer requirements.
What You Bring:
Education: Graduate degree (B.E. / B.Tech); an MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: 6–9 years of Project Management experience, specifically managing SaaS implementation projects.
Core Skills: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.
Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
