Fixly Services Pvt. Ltd. is an early-stage technology startup focused on transforming the repair and service ecosystem through technology, trusted service providers, and quality-driven solutions.
We are currently in the pre-revenue stage and are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our core leadership team and build the company's marketing function from the ground up.
Role Overview
As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing Fixly's overall marketing and growth strategy. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to establish the brand, build awareness, acquire customers, and develop strategic partnerships.
This is a hands-on founding-team role, ideal for someone who wants significant ownership and the opportunity to build a marketing function from zero.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Fixly's overall marketing and brand strategy.
Build and manage Fixly's social media presence and digital marketing activities.
Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Plan and execute customer acquisition and growth campaigns.
Identify and explore marketing partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze customer and competitor trends.
Build Fixly's brand identity and positioning in the market.
Work closely with the founders and other leadership members on business strategy.
Build and eventually lead the marketing team as the company grows.
Track marketing performance and develop strategies based on data and results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BBA/Marketing or equivalent, or MBA in Marketing.
Candidates currently pursuing BBA/MBA in Marketing may also apply.
Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, and business growth.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.
Strong ownership and willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.
Prior experience in marketing, startups, social media, branding, or business development is a plus.
Compensation & ESOP
Fixly is currently at the pre-revenue stage. Therefore, this position does not carry a fixed salary at the current stage.
The selected candidate will be offered 2.5% ESOPs in Fixly Services Pvt. Ltd., subject to the company's ESOP scheme, applicable terms, and documentation.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad.
The selected candidate can work remotely and will be required to visit the company's incubator/office whenever required for meetings, strategy sessions, or important company activities.
