Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused B2B Customer Support Executive to handle business enquiries, communicate with potential clients, and coordinate with the internal team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming B2B/business enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital campaigns.
Call and follow up with leads provided by the marketing team/management.
Understand the basic business requirements and interests of potential clients.
Explain the basic company offerings and answer initial queries.
Qualify leads and identify genuine business prospects.
Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the MD/WCMS team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until the next stage.
Update lead status, follow-up details, and remarks in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with B2B partners, business associates, and clients.
Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospects.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
