Key Responsibilities
Develop optimization and prescriptive AI solutions
Build ML models for process improvement
Perform root cause analysis
Deploy production-grade AI solutions
Collaborate with plant SMEs and customers
Support innovation and reusable accelerators
Mentor junior data scientists
Technology You'll Work With
Python | SQL | Azure | Databricks | MLflow | PyTorch | OR-Tools | Pyomo | Gurobi | Digital Twins | Knowledge Graphs | Industrial Data
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial AI
Strong Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning skills
Experience in optimization and prescriptive analytics
Knowledge of OR-Tools, Pyomo, or Gurobi
Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Lead AI workstreams independently
