Translate business needs into technical specs for data engineers; define and validate data quality across ETL processes and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT functional and Technical Teams) to support Data Engineers build the data products.
Analyze complex SAP/Non-SAP datasets to help in data modeling
Support data mappings, verify the correctness of Data Products and adhering to Data Quality Norms Develop data collection and automation workflows using cloud services and analytics tools.
Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices, data modeling, and coding standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
7-9+ years of professional experience in data analysis with demonstrated expertise in both SAP and Non-SAP environments.
Exposure in SQL, Python, or R and Azure Services like ADF, DataBricks etc.,
Strong technical expertise in data modelling, analytical and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistical, Business or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa. Preferred Skills/Experience:
Exposure to machine learning and advanced predictive analytics.
Familiarity with Azure based cloud data platforms
Understanding of data governance frameworks and adhereing governance across all data products verification, quality etc.,
Experience working in Manufacturing Industries as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Functional Consultant
