Roles & Responsibilities：
· Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations in single or multiple team(s).
· Having strong AP and GL Background
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
· Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals and objectives.
· Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
· Ad-hoc assigned by line manager or upper management.
· Leading or involve projects.
Skills & Qualifications：
· Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting, or related field; B.com, M.com, is preferred.
· Experience in BPO/SSC industry is preferred, experience on process migration is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
· Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
