About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ManageEngine Implementation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in deployment, implementation and troubleshooting of ManageEngine solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct POCs, installations and post-installation support for customers.
Handle both on-site customer visits and remote support via MS Teams.
Deploy and troubleshoot ManageEngine Endpoint Central and its clients.
Work on ServiceDesk Plus / ITSM Operations.
Troubleshoot Agent Health, agent-server communication, firewall/proxy issues.
Manage Active Directory integration, user discovery and GPO-based deployments.
Generate reports for compliance and IT infrastructure requirements.
Maintain proper technical documentation and work files.
Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of experience in ManageEngine Endpoint Central deployment & troubleshooting.
Strong experience with ServiceDesk Plus / ITSM.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow a structured Plan of Action (POA).
Own conveyance is mandatory for local customer visits.
Working Schedule
Monday to Saturday
1st & 3rd Saturdays – Off
