The Role
We're looking for an experienced attorney to manage a caseload of probate and estate planning matters from start to finish. You'll meet with clients, draft plans, guide estates through the court process, and work closely with our paralegal team.
What You'll Do
Handle probate and trust administration matters, including court filings and appearances in Cook and the collar counties
Meet with clients to design and draft estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents)
Explain legal options to clients in clear, plain language
Work with paralegals and staff to keep matters moving on schedule
Help with residential real estate matters if you have that experience
What We're Looking For
Licensed to practice law in Illinois, in good standing
5+ years of experience in probate and estate planning
Comfortable handling court appearances independently
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a caseload remotely
Strong client communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Salary negotiable based on experience
