Role Description The Banking Finance cum Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training programs focused on foundational banking and finance concepts along with essential soft skills for employability. This contract, on-site role is based in Thane and involves planning session outlines, preparing training content, and conducting interactive lessons, activities, and assessments. The Trainer will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records and reports as per organizational standards. The role includes coordinating with center staff, aligning content with Anudip’s curriculum, and updating training materials to reflect current industry practices. The Trainer will also mentor learners on life skills, workplace behavior, and communication to enhance their readiness for entry-level financial and customer-facing roles.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including experience designing and delivering structured training modules.
Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to facilitate engaging, interactive sessions and explain complex concepts clearly.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Soft Skills to model professional behavior and guide learners in workplace readiness.
Candidates should possess Life Skills training capabilities to support learners in problem-solving, decision-making, and professional etiquette.
Sound knowledge of basic banking, finance, and customer service processes; prior experience in the BFSI or vocational training sector is preferred.
Minimum graduate degree in any discipline; certification in training, education, or finance is an advantage.
Ability to work with youth from diverse and underserved backgrounds, with a learner-centric and inclusive training approach.
Proficiency in English and local language communication, along with basic computer skills (MS Office, digital learning tools).
