Coordinator

Role Description The Institutional Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur. This role involves coordinating with partner institutions, training centers, and stakeholders to support effective delivery of Anudip’s skilling programs. The Institutional Coordinator will manage educator enrollment and maintain records and reports, and ensure adherence to program guidelines and timelines. Responsibilities include scheduling batches, coordinating with trainers, supporting mobilization activities, and facilitating communication between institutions and the central office. The role also includes monitoring program performance, addressing operational issues, and contributing to outreach and relationship-building with local educational and community organizations.
Qualifications
Strong coordination and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, trainers, institutional partners, and local stakeholders.
Ability to organize outreach and mobilization activities, including relationship-building with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
Basic digital literacy and proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, video conferencing).
Experience in education, skill development, community development, or NGO operations is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
Comfort with data collection, simple reporting, and monitoring of program outcomes.
Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in social work, education, or management is an advantage.
Knowledge of local language(s) and the Gorakhpur region, with willingness to travel locally as needed.
