Role Description The Project Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving the setup, execution, and performance of new and existing franchise projects. This role oversees project planning, timelines, and coordination with internal teams, franchise partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth launch and operation of outlets. The manager will monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and implement process improvements aligned with company standards and SOPs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing logistics for equipment and materials, resolving operational bottlenecks, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting project status to senior leadership. The role also involves supporting franchisees with operational guidance, ensuring compliance with quality and brand standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to act as an Expeditor, coordinating cross-functional tasks and ensuring timely completion of activities.
Experience in Inspection and quality assurance, with a focus on process compliance and operational standards.
Logistics Management skills to handle equipment, materials, and vendor coordination for on-time project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant project or operations certifications are an advantage.
Proven experience in retail, franchise operations, facilities setup, or service industry projects preferred.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Lucknow and travel to project locations as needed.
