About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Pinot Pulse is a purpose-built regulatory technology platform for U.S. credit unions, which collectively manage over $2.1 trillion in assets and serve community members such as teachers, firefighters, nurses, and other local professionals. Unlike traditional bank-focused solutions, Pinot Pulse is designed from the ground up to match how credit unions operate and manage their regulatory obligations. The platform aims to replace fragmented point solutions and checklist-based GRC tools with integrated automation that reduces manual work for compliance teams. By offering a unified view of regulatory risk and streamlining quarterly reporting and monitoring, Pinot Pulse helps credit unions focus more on serving their members and less on administrative burden.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Pinot Pulse’s strategy, product, and market presence in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the product vision, collaborating with technical and operational partners to prioritize features, and engaging directly with credit unions to understand their regulatory and workflow challenges. This role will lead efforts in customer discovery, sales outreach, and partnership development, including demos, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management. The Co-Founder will also drive go-to-market initiatives, oversee early marketing experiments, and contribute to fundraising activities by preparing materials, meeting with potential investors, and representing the company externally. As an early leader, the Co-Founder will help establish culture, processes, and metrics, while building a small, high-impact team aligned with Pinot Pulse’s mission.
