Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Intern role at Weskill is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and machine learning models to support training content, internal tools, and platform features. Daily responsibilities include working with datasets, writing and debugging code, performing model evaluations, and documenting experiments and outcomes. The intern will collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists, contribute to research on emerging AI techniques, and help translate complex technical concepts into clear learning materials. The role also involves participating in team meetings, presenting findings, and continuously improving skills through guided mentorship and self-study.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and basic software engineering principles.
Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate models, and solve complex technical problems.
Familiarity with Data Science concepts such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and basic statistical methods.
Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, and evaluation.
Hands-on Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python), and experience with relevant libraries or frameworks is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Curiosity about emerging AI technologies, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
