Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Import Export Executive will coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, including handling documentation, shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The Import Export Executive will communicate with stakeholders, resolve operational issues, support customers with shipment-related queries, and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of import and export processes, including Import and Export operations.
Knowledge of Import Logistics and experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
Customer Service skills to address client queries, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with trade regulations.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
Relevant experience in import-export operations; a degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
