In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop strategic insights and translate them into practical recommendations and actionable plans. Job Profile for Management Consultant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Lead and coach a team of consultants, supporting their professional development and fostering a high-performing team culture
Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on key projects and business initiatives
Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from strategy development through to implementation and delivery of measurable results
Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and quality standards
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams
Develop and apply innovative approaches to help clients address complex business and technology challenges
Collaborate with the company’s technology and innovation teams to support clients in defining IT strategies, developing technology transformation frameworks, and adopting AI and automation solutions
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools and industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant solutions
Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, best practices and the wider growth of the firm
Candidate Profile for Management Consultant
Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
5+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, strategy or business transformation
Proven experience leading project teams and delivering measurable results across multiple engagements
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, combining business acumen with emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and collaboratively
Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites
