Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Business Integration Specialist at Cloudify Solutions plays a crucial role in linking our
clients' business needs with our sophisticated software solutions. This position is designed
for individuals who have a deep understanding of business processes and are experts in
SaaS products, particularly in the domains of CRM, accounting, and e-commerce platforms.
Your role is vital in driving our clients towards operational efficiency and streamlined
workflows through our proprietary platform, Lighthouse, for custom integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, objectives, and
challenges, converting these insights into actionable integration and automation
strategies on our Lighthouse platform.
● Recommend and integrate suitable SaaS solutions for CRM, accounting, and
e-commerce to optimize client workflows.
● Utilize knowledge of process automation to design and implement effective solutions
through Lighthouse.
● Oversee the project process end-to-end, from gathering business requirements and
converting them into technical specifications to overseeing testing and ensuring
thorough documentation.
● Develop detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and
implementation plans.
● Provide expertise in API usage, payload management, and JSON formatting for
robust custom integrations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of projects from
concept to execution and support.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
● Demonstrated understanding of business processes with an ability to identify
automation opportunities.
● Strong knowledge of SaaS products, especially in CRM, accounting, and
e-commerce, with a capability to recommend and integrate these systems
effectively.
● Solid foundation in process automation principles, ideally demonstrated
through work with iPaaS platforms or similar technologies.
● Proficiency in API usage, understanding payloads, and working with JSON for
custom integration purposes.
● Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
● Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
