We are looking for someone who wants to help build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of African savers.
At Zedek, we believe that financial inclusion is about more than simply giving people access to a bank account.
It is about giving people practical tools to save, manage money, access credit, invest and build financial security, even when their incomes are small, irregular or largely outside the formal financial system.
That is what we are building.
Zedek is a Kenyan fintech platform bringing savings, chama management, goal-based savings, peer-to-peer lending, payments and money-management tools into one digital ecosystem.
Today, we have:
• Active users
• Active chamas
• 7 products already live
• Organic growth achieved without paid marketing
Our growth so far has largely come through word of mouth and direct adoption. We have built the technology, launched the products and begun validating the demand.
Now we need to take the next step.
The opportunity
We are looking for one or more strategic partners who can become part of Zedek's next chapter.
We are particularly interested in individuals who can bring one or more of the following:
Capital
Zedek is currently pre-revenue and entering a phase that requires substantial investment.
We need capital to support:
• Regulatory licensing
• Compliance and governance
• Technology and infrastructure
• Product development
• Marketing and customer acquisition
• Team expansion
• Partnerships and market expansion
We are therefore open to conversations with angel investors, private investors, family offices and other strategic investors who understand the long-term opportunity in financial inclusion and African fintech.
Fundraising
We are also looking for someone who can help us raise capital beyond their own investment.
