We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Executive (Bidding Expert) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in generating leads and winning IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other online bidding portals.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the IT services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify relevant projects, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and bid on relevant IT projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
Create customized proposals and generate qualified leads.
Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and schedule meetings.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and project terms.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects.
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and project handover.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Online Bidding.
Proven experience with Upwork & Freelancer.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT services such as Web, Mobile App, SaaS, WordPress, and Software Development.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
