We're looking for someone to own paid acquisition across our client accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan, build and optimise Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns end to end
Own budgets, structure, targeting and scaling decisions
Move the numbers that matter: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate
Work out the why behind the numbers, not just report them
Test audiences, creatives, offers and landing page variants
Read the full funnel, from ad to landing page to lead to closed revenue
Set up and audit tracking properly: GA4, Meta Pixel and CAPI, conversion imports, offline conversions
Sit in client calls and explain your own work, including the parts that didn't work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years running paid acquisition hands on, not managing someone who does
Real depth in Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. Depth in one and working knowledge of the other is worth a conversation
Comfort with analytics and tracking setup, not just campaign management
Based in Kolkata or Surat

The founders are on the accounts with you, so when something stalls you have senior people who have solved it before, and you'll get their reasoning rather than just an instruction.
You'll see the full funnel. The same team owns the landing page, the lifecycle flows and the reporting, so you'll know what your traffic did after the click.
And you'll work across multiple B2B, D2C and B2C accounts with different products and buying cycles. That range compounds faster than three years on one account ever will.
