Job Title: Saviynt Architect / Principal Tech Consultant
Work Model: Remote (US Shift Alignment: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
Project Duration: 3–4 Months (20–30 Hours/Week)
Mode of Interview: Virtual (Technical & Architectural Video Rounds)
Must Have Skills: 10+ years in IAM, 8+ years hands-on Saviynt EIC architecture/deployment, Saviynt IGA Professional Certification, Saviynt Analytics & Database expertise, Custom Connectors, Lifecycle Workflows, RBAC/ABAC.
Role Summary
We are urgently seeking a Saviynt Architect / Principal Tech Consultant to lead the technical delivery of 2–3 large, complex SaaS identity management engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor, the candidate will drive architecture, hands-on development, and technical direction while mentoring project team members.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants across multiple customer accounts and concurrent project streams.
Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end technical IAM architectures; author high-quality design documents, architecture specs, and technical strategy presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Client Advisory: Lead technical controls discussions with stakeholders and design controls directly within Saviynt EIC.
Delivery & Governance: Partner with Engagement and Service Managers to catalog, prioritize, and assign technical requirements across project sprints.
Technical Requirements
Total Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting.
Saviynt Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying complex engagements using Saviynt EIC (or SailPoint ISC context).
Implementation Scale: Proven track record leading technical delivery for at least 5 large-scale IAM implementations (including environments with 70,000+ users).
Core Technical Competencies:
Advanced experience with Saviynt Analytics and deep working knowledge of the Saviynt Database.
Developing complex lifecycle workflows and custom connectors.
Application onboarding with automated provisioning.
Configuring custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
Role Mining and implementing RBAC / ABAC frameworks.
Integrations & Tech Stack:
Web technologies: XML, SPML, SOAP/REST APIs, web/app servers.
Relational databases: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
Certifications & Education
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical discipline.
Mandatory Certification: Saviynt IGA Professional.
Preferred Certifications: Saviynt Advanced IGA (Highly Preferred), CISSP, CISM.
Key Soft Skills & Working Expectations
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suitable for direct C-level and stakeholder advisory.
Strong technical leadership, analytical problem-solving, and process development capabilities.
Ability to drive internal practice innovation activities and mentor junior consultants.
Availability to work dedicated US overlap hours from India (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST).
