SAP FSCM Consultant (m/f/d)

An experienced SAP FSCM Consultant (m/f/d) is sought for a major SAP OTC project at a global life sciences company.
The focus is on the further development of finance-related order-to-cash processes within an international SAP S/4HANA landscape. We are looking for an experienced SAP subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of processes in the areas of credit management, receivables and cash application, who can analyse complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Duration: 6 months with prolongation possible
Workload: Full-time, min. 30 hours per week
Location: Remote from Europe
Important: some occasional traveling within Europe may be required (maximum once per month for 1-3 days)

Responsibilities
Analysis of existing OTC and financial processes within an SAP S/4HANA landscape
Assessment of business requirements in the SAP FSCM environment
Project-specific design of solutions in the areas of credit management, receivables and cash application
Carrying out process and system analyses independently
Contributing subject matter expertise in the SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) environment
Identifying opportunities for optimisation along the OTC process chain
Evaluating complex process scenarios and deriving suitable solution options
Project-based consultancy on credit management, accounts receivable management and payment receipt processes
Carrying out root cause analyses within FSCM-relevant processes
Independently documenting business and technical requirements
Qualifications
Several years’ experience as an SAP FSCM Consultant (at least 5 years)
In-depth expertise in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
Experience with credit management
Experience with accounts receivable management
Experience with cash application
Experience with collections management and/or dispute management would be an advantage
Proven experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) environment
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects
Strong understanding of processes at the interface between Finance and OTC
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
International project experience and/or experience working abroad
Excellent communication skills
Process-oriented approach and analytical thinking
Business-fluent English
Knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage
Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated sector is desirable
