Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Java Software Developer with at least 4 years of experience in Java development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Spring Boot, developing REST APIs, backend systems, and integrating various services.
If you have experience with Kafka, JMS, Linux, that’s a big plus! Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes will give you an edge.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. We’re looking for a fast learner who is eager to pick up new technologies and third-party tools as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate with different software systems.
Good understanding of the Java Spring Boot framework.
Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
Working experience integrating with Solr, Kafka, Apache Camel, DB engines and/or JMS.
Work with Linux-based environments for deployment, and troubleshooting.
Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
Use profiling tools to identify code bottlenecks and lead the code review process.
Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and third-party products as required. The job requires continuous learning and gaining knowledge of different 3rd-party systems and tools.
Requirements:
4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Apache Camel is a big plus.
Strong experience in building REST APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS SQL SERVER.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with Linux environments , troubleshooting java applications in production is a plus.
Knowledge of Kafka or JMS is a plus.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Fast learner and welling to learn and work with other tools, frameworks, products, and/or programming languages.
