Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, generating sales leads, promoting company services, and managing customer relationships. The representative will implement marketing strategies to boost visibility and revenue, deliver training sessions as needed, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Experience in Training and Sales & Marketing strategies
Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and drive brand growth
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the forensic or investigative services industry is an advantage
