Founding Partner - Launch Hospitality Investment Fund - Asset Management

Hetmos Group, an international transaction advisory group (M&A, private equity, capital raising, commercial real estate), is looking for a Founding Partner to structure, launch and manage an investment fund dedicated to hospitality.
Your role
You will lead a thematic investment vehicle as fund manager and sector expert. You will define the investment thesis, drive origination and asset selection, run due diligence, structure transactions through to closing and oversee portfolio asset management up to exit.
Target strategies: opco/propco acquisitions, value-add and repositioning, sale & leaseback, buy-and-build of independent hotels, consolidation of regional hotel groups.

Your profile
Significant track record in hospitality investment, financing, transactions or asset management (fund, REIT, operator, investment bank, advisory)
Strong command of sector fundamentals: RevPAR, occupancy, GOP, management and franchise agreements, asset valuation
Ability to own an investment business plan, target IRR and exit strategy
Entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to build a vehicle under your leadership
