Founding Partner | Launch and Management of a Private Debt Fund | Asset Management & Acquisition Finance

Hetmos Group, an international transaction advisory group (M&A, private equity, capital raising, commercial real estate), is looking for a Founding Partner to structure, launch and manage a private debt fund.
Your role
You will lead a private debt vehicle as fund manager and financing expert. You will define the credit strategy, drive origination, credit analysis and deal structuring, negotiate documentation and covenants, and monitor the portfolio through to repayment.
Target segments: small and lower mid-cap acquisition and LBO financing, senior debt, unitranche, mezzanine, bridge financing and buy-and-build transactions.

Your profile
Significant track record in private debt, leveraged finance, acquisition finance or structured credit (debt fund, bank, direct lending, debt advisory)
Strong credit analysis, financing structuring and documentation negotiation skills
Ability to own a risk policy, target yield and credit portfolio management
Entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to build a vehicle under your leadership
