Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PLC programming, electrical wiring, industrial automation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
The candidate will be responsible for handling PLC-based automation systems, control panels, machine commissioning, and customer-site service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
Perform PLC programming, debugging, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Carry out control panel wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, relays, contactors, and other automation components.
Install and commission industrial automation systems at customer sites.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Diagnose automation and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
Provide on-site technical support and breakdown service.
Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams.
Travel to customer locations as required for service and commissioning.
