About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *MEP BIM Modeler* with hands-on experience in *Revit and Revit Fabrication* to join our BIM team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of MEP modeling, fabrication-level detailing, coordination, and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop accurate *MEP BIM models* using Autodesk Revit and Revit Fabrication.
* Create and modify *fabrication-level MEP models* based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Work on *HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection* systems as required.
* Interpret and work from *2D drawings, design documents, and engineering specifications*.
* Prepare detailed layouts, assemblies, and fabrication drawings.
* Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines.
* Identify and resolve *clashes and modeling issues* during coordination.
* Perform thorough *Self-QC* to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
* Maintain required BIM standards, naming conventions, worksets, and model organization.
* Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
* Make required revisions based on QC and coordination comments.
* Maintain productivity and quality as per project requirements.
Required Skills
* *2+ years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.*
* Strong hands-on experience with *Autodesk Revit*.
* Practical experience with *Revit Fabrication* is required.
* Good understanding of *MEP systems and construction practices*.
* Experience in fabrication-level detailing and modeling.
* Ability to read and interpret *MEP drawings and specifications*.
* Knowledge of *BIM coordination and clash resolution*.
* Good understanding of MEP components, connections, fittings, and routing.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to model quality.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
* Experience working on *US-based MEP/BIM projects*.
* Experience with *LOD 350/400 modeling*.
* Knowledge of *Navisworks* for coordination and clash detection.
* Experience working with fabrication databases/content.
* Experience in *ductwork, piping, plumbing, or fire protection fabrication modeling*.
