Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU25/26) is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes, following provided curricula or lesson plans, and adapting materials to meet individual learner needs. The tutor will guide learners in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, provide constructive feedback on performance, and track learner progress over time. The role also involves maintaining a professional online classroom environment, using digital teaching tools and platforms, and communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians. Tutors are expected to attend occasional online training sessions, follow company policies, and uphold high standards of teaching and learner support.
Qualifications
