We are looking for an experienced Platform Operations Manager to administer and support core production platforms and ensure the connected technology stack remains stable, secure, and accessible for day-to-day business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS administration, platform operations, user access management, permissions, workflow configuration, technical support, and production tool administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer user access, roles, permissions, groups, onboarding, and offboarding across assigned platforms.
Manage and monitor platform settings, configurations, workflows, and environment updates.
Log, track, prioritize, and coordinate support requests, technical issues, and vendor escalations.
Maintain accurate platform documentation, administration guides, support notes, SOPs, and issue logs.
Monitor platform access risks, configuration gaps, recurring issues, and operational dependencies.
Support integrations and automation teams where platform permissions, configurations, or access requirements impact workflows.
Provide first-level support to users for standard platform issues and route complex issues to the appropriate technical owner.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to investigate and resolve platform-related incidents.
Escalate complex incidents, access risks, security concerns, and significant configuration changes to the Senior Platform Operations Manager.
Support platform transitions, workflow improvements, and operational process enhancements.
Ensure platform administration follows established security, access-control, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in platform operations, SaaS administration, IT operations, application support, or production tool administration.
Strong understanding of user access, roles, permissions, groups, SSO, onboarding, and offboarding.
Experience administering or supporting enterprise SaaS and production platforms.
Familiarity with DAM, CMS, Figma, work management, proofing, or creative production platforms.
Experience with workflow configuration, automation, integrations, and platform dependencies.
Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
Strong experience with technical documentation, issue tracking, support processes, and vendor coordination.
Good understanding of operational risk management and configuration management.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate across teams, and drive support requests through resolution.
