Retail Furniture Sales Manager

Tesor is a Furnishing , furniture, home decor and interior design firm headquartered in HSR & HRBR Layout Bangalore and an office in Hyderabad. We're expanding our retail segment and looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the furniture industry (design or sales) to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
This position is based out of our office in HSR Layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for our retail segment, with a focus on furniture, furnishings, and home accessories.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements, design furniture layout and recommend suitable furniture and home décor products, do quality check before the product delivery to customer as part of the sale process
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Coordinate with internal design and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Stay updated with the latest furniture, home décor, and retail market trends.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
Prior experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or interior/home décor will be preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of furniture materials, and home décor products.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
