Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruitment Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for various roles within Puppiezo. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding and training processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and helping refine recruitment strategies to meet organizational growth needs. The consultant will collaborate with the broader HR team to uphold compliant, equitable, and engaging people practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) skills, including understanding of recruitment processes and basic HR policies.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills, including experience in candidate sourcing, conducting structured interviews, and evaluating role fit.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including supporting onboarding, delivering basic training sessions, or coordinating learning activities.
Relevant additional qualifications include prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered.
