Packing Supervisor

Job description :
ü Online completion of BPR and review.
ü Preparation of daily Production Report.
ü Timely review of Batch and documents.
ü To ensure quality output with optimum utilization of man, material and machinery to achieve production target.
ü Responsible for supervision of day to day activities on the shop floor.
ü Daily reporting to Production Head about production, machine breakdown & discussion to minimize the same.
ü Handling the production and packing related issues.
ü Indent of metallic & rubber stereos as per production plan.
ü To see the adherence to cGMP requirements in assigned section.
ü Coordinates to other departments for dispatches of the goods.
ü To organize for proper maintenance of equipment’s in assigned section.
ü To review and updates the cGMP documents in assigned section.
ü To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Production manager or Plant Head.
ü To organize for proper disposal of rejected material or waste generated during processing.
ü Handling of software Right-code C, SAP, ERP.
ü Handling of deviation/incident/change control (QMS).
ü Handling of Market complains investigation.
ü Preparing of Qualification Protocol (IQ, OQ and PQ).
