Role Description The PMC Engineer / Project Engineer internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. Interns will support planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation, as well as reviewing technical drawings and specifications related to electrical and civil works. The role involves frequent communication with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to track progress, address issues, and support quality and safety standards. Interns will also help prepare reports, presentations, and project status updates, gaining hands-on exposure to project management practices and engineering workflows.
Qualifications
Project Management and Project Planning skills, including basic understanding of scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering field.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with attention to detail, time management, and a willingness to learn from hands-on project exposure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CAD tools is an advantage.
Understanding of basic construction safety practices and quality standards is beneficial.
