Key Responsibilities
HVAC design, heat-load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing and ESP calculations.
Design and review of VRF/VRV, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, FAHU, Ductable, Ventilation & Exhaust systems.
Preparation/review of HVAC layouts, schematics, equipment schedules and design drawings.
Technical coordination with MEP disciplines, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Site supervision, installation review, testing and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IS, SMACNA and applicable HVAC standards.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
8–10 years of relevant HVAC experience, preferably in Design Consultancy/PMC.
Experience in commercial, hospital, airport, high-rise, institutional or large infrastructure projects preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and HVAC design/calculation software.
Revit MEP/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
