-Min Qualification -Degree in Civil with minimum of 8years
-Must have worked in building projects in PMC role of mid to large size category.
-Must have experience from design to site management.
-Contract management.
-Client coordination on technical matters (GFC drawings ,BOQ,Technical specifications) in civil
-Inhouse coordination for GFC drawings and BOQ,Technical specifications.
-Contrator management
-Schedule management
-Documentation expert
-Prior exp of working in local area.
-Good communication ,interpersonal skills
-Writting skills
-Experience in liaison work in Govt bodies.
Requirements
-Degree with minimum 8 years experience from reputed institute
-Work experience in PMC
-Site experience is a must in building projects.
