Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Uttarakhand, India. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up discussions with hiring managers. The role involves posting job openings, maintaining candidate databases, and using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract talent. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding activities. The position also includes generating recruitment reports, tracking key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms for candidate outreach and pipeline management.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
Understanding of basic HR practices, employment guidelines, and standard onboarding procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and candidate tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience recruiting in India and familiarity with local talent markets in Uttarakhand is preferred.
