The Maple Hotel, Bhopal, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Drive Rooms, Banquet & Restaurant Sales
• Develop new corporate accounts & business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct corporate visits, sales calls & regular follow-ups
• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies
• Achieve monthly revenue and business targets
• Coordinate with F&B and Front Office teams to maximize revenue
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the hotel's corporate network
👤 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Good corporate network and local market knowledge
✔️ Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach
✔️ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
