Position Details:
Role: D365 F&O Solution Architect
Engagement: Contract
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on D365 F&O experience
D365 F&O Solution / Technical Architecture experience
Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge
Revenue, billing, invoicing, and financial process experience
D365 configuration and data troubleshooting
D365 F&O + Salesforce integration experience
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with both business and technical teams
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate the existing D365 F&O environment and configuration
Analyze O2C, billing, invoicing, and revenue processes
Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues
Investigate D365 F&O and Salesforce integrations
Identify root causes and remediation priorities
Document findings, gaps, and dependencies
Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams
Recommend practical solutions and support remediation efforts
