📍 Position: Senior Interior Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
🎯 Experience: 3–7 Years
🏠 Projects: High-end Residential & Commercial Interior Fit-outs
🔧 What you’ll be responsible for:
• Civil & surface readiness checks
• Electrical & MEP rough-in coordination
• Plumbing, waterproofing & pressure testing
• Carpentry, joinery & hardware inspection
• Tiling, stone & flooring quality control
• False ceiling & drywall execution
• Paint, polish & surface-finish inspection
• BOQ compliance & material verification
• Contractor/vendor management
• Daily progress & site reporting
• Joint measurements & running bill verification
• Site safety, housekeeping & snag management
👷 What we’re looking for:
✅ 3–7 years of hands-on interior execution experience
✅ Strong understanding of working drawings & BOQs
✅ Knowledge of interior materials, specifications & finishes
✅ Ability to manage contractors and vendors independently
✅ Strong eye for quality and detailing
✅ Good communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or Construction Management
