Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer AI/ML role based in Patna. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI and machine learning models that integrate into production-grade software systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, building and maintaining back-end services and APIs, and collaborating with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will evaluate and implement ML frameworks, conduct experiments, perform model tuning, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed services. The role also involves code reviews, debugging, documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go).
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrating data storage solutions.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to design modular, maintainable codebases.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD workflows is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
