Job Description

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Working days: Monday to Saturday (3rd and 5th Saturdays off)
Work Timing: 9:30 to 6:30 pm

Sr. Design Engineer – Static Equipment / Storage Tanks
Sr. Design Engineer – Piping
Sr. Design Engineer – Civil & Structural
Key Responsibilities by Discipline1. Sr. Design Engineer – Static Equipment / Storage Tanks
Design and mechanical calculations for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Atmospheric Storage Tanks.
Work with international codes (ASME Sec VIII, API 650, API 620, TEMA).
Prepare design datasheets, material requisitions, and review fabrication drawings.
Proficient in software such as PV Elite, TANK, or COMPRESS.
2. Sr. Design Engineer – Piping
Develop plant equipment layouts, piping routing, plot plans, and ISOMETRIC drawings.
Coordinate or perform piping flexibility and stress analysis (ASME B31.3 / B31.1).
Prepare Piping Material Specifications (PMS), valve datasheets, and Bill of Materials (MTO).
Experience with software tools such as CAESAR II, AutoCAD, or 3D modeling platforms (PDMS / SP3D / E3D).
3. Sr. Design Engineer – Civil & Structural
Structural design and analysis of steel structures, pipe racks, platforms, shelter buildings, and equipment foundations (shallow & deep).
Prepare framing layouts, rebar detail drawings, and structural steel connection details.
Work in compliance with IS Codes, ACI, and AISC standards.
Proficient in structural software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or AutoCAD.
General Candidate Requirements
M.E. / M.Tech or B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience working in engineering consultancy or EPC environments (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Power plants).
Strong technical capability, discipline software proficiency, and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
