Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹10,000/month

About BrightCHAMPS:
BrightCHAMPS is a global EdTech company focused on helping children build real-world skills through live, interactive learning. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles based on role requirements and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Assist with offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
