Role Description The Social Media Manager Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms, with a focus on brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with content calendars, monitoring channels, and optimizing content based on performance metrics and audience insights. The intern will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with overall campaign objectives and ensure consistent brand voice. This is an internship role that is on-site and based in Bhilai.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, craft, and refine compelling social media content.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients and online communities.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or digital media is an advantage.
