Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading and supervising academic and support staff, ensuring that daily school operations run smoothly and align with Guru’s learner-centric philosophy. The Team Lead Manager will oversee scheduling, classroom coordination, and implementation of the research-based curriculum, while monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members. The role includes collaborating with senior leadership on academic initiatives, supporting professional development activities, and ensuring a high standard of student experience. The Team Lead Manager will also engage with families and stakeholders as needed, maintaining clear communication and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support diverse staff members.
Strong organizational and operational abilities, with experience in planning, coordinating schedules, and overseeing day-to-day school or institutional activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with educators, students, families, and administrative stakeholders.
Background in education, school administration, or related fields; familiarity with learner-centric and research-based curriculum models is highly beneficial.
Ability to analyze performance data, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards for student outcomes and staff effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in educational leadership are an added advantage.
Proven capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced academic environment, adapt to changing needs, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
