The Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector role involves conducting on-site vehicle inspections within an assigned territory to ensure detailed and accurate documentation of vehicle conditions. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining client trust and supporting the flow of inventory by delivering consistent, high-quality inspections and fostering strong dealer relationships.
3. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections following established standards.
Safely handle and move vehicles on dealer lots.
Verify vehicle identification, mileage, and options, ensuring accurate data entry.
Document exterior and interior vehicle conditions, including mechanical components.
Identify and report damage or missing features.
Build and maintain trust with dealer clients through professionalism and quality.
Educate clients about mobile inspection services.
Engage dealers to increase inspection participation.
Manage daily inspection schedules and adapt to changes.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports.

4. Requirements:

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Hourly base pay ranges by level:
Level 1: $15.10 – $18.89 – $22.69 per hour.
Level 2: $16.59 – $20.72 – $24.86 per hour.
Senior Level: $18.17 – $22.74 – $27.31 per hour.
Position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commissions and incentive programs.
