Sr Exec/AM, Graphic designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a dynamic and creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our Artist Management team at Saregama.
The role will involve creating high-quality visual content for artists represented by Saregama, with a strong focus on live shows, tours, announcements and social media. The ideal candidate is someone who can work at a fast pace, has a strong visual sense, understands contemporary music and entertainment culture, and can consistently deliver sharp, engaging creatives under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for live shows, tours, concerts, artist announcements and other entertainment properties represented by Saregama.
- Develop social media creatives including posters, announcements, artist content, show promotions and campaign assets.
- Translate briefs and ideas into visually compelling creatives while maintaining the artist's identity and overall campaign aesthetic.
- Create and edit high-quality reels and short-form video content for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Adapt creatives across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency and visual quality.
- Work closely with the Artist Management, A&R and Live teams to understand requirements and turn around creatives quickly.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, music/entertainment aesthetics and short-form content trends.
- Contribute creatively to campaigns and bring fresh ideas rather than simply executing briefs.
- Make quick iterations based on feedback and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within music, entertainment, media, advertising, fashion or a similar fast-paced creative industry.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects/Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layouts and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of Instagram-first content and contemporary social media design.
- Ability to create and edit engaging Reels/short-form videos, including transitions, text animation, pacing and music-led edits.
- Strong attention to detail and an instinct for what looks visually current and engaging.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple briefs and meet tight deadlines.
- Someone who can take ownership of a brief from concept to final execution with minimal hand-holding.
- A strong interest in music, artists, pop culture and live entertainment would be a major advantage.
