We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational success. This role requires a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, champion employee engagement initiatives, and provide strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and employment legislation.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities and strategic workforce planning to ensure current and future business needs are met.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs to build leadership pipelines and support employee growth.
Partner with leaders to manage performance, identify capability gaps, and create targeted development plans.
Review, update, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
Support learning and development strategies that enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
Deliver HR-related training, workshops, and employee orientation programs.
Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with payroll and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a business partnering role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and talent management principles.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee and business needs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
High level of initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to build, improve, and scale HR processes and programs.
